The federal government will launch a safety campaign today to try to drive down the numbers of injuries and deaths to people riding all-terrain vehicles.
Riding an ATV can be a dangerous trip, especially for children.
The most recent statistics show 740 deaths and 136,000 serious injuries a year.
There are about 7 million ATVs in the United States, almost 20 times more than a decade ago.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission said more ATVs had meant more accidents.
